Heath is one of the founding and managing partners of the law firm of Bingham Snow & Caldwell, LLP. Heath worked as an associate attorney with the law firms of Snow Nuffer (Durham, Jones & Pinegar) and Barney & McKenna. Licensed in both Utah and Nevada, Heath handles a wide range of litigation and transactional matters. Heath's diverse practice has resulted in the representation of both individual and institutional clients of all sizes, including numerous businesses, corporations, owners associations and financial institutions. In addition to his litigation and transactional practices, Heath has enjoyed the general representation of various small municipalities in the Southern Utah area as well as being an adjunct professor at Dixie State College. Heath is also a certified mediator. Heath’s current practice involves a full slate of litigation and transactional matters involving clients in the real estate, construction, development and lending industries.
COMMUNITY & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
In 2001, Heath was elected to the Board of Directors for the Southern Utah Bar Association ("SUBA") and served as the President of SUBA in 2003. He is currently serving another term on the SUBA Board of Directors. As a Director and President of SUBA, Heath has been instrumental in implementing and enhancing several programs and annual activities focused around building unity and camaraderie among Southern Utah's local practitioners as well as raising community awareness of the legal profession and assisting the less fortunate. Said activities and programs include an annual Law Day celebration/awards, CLE seminars, socials, golf tournaments. Many of these activities are fund raising activities for the Southern Utah Community Legal Center (“SUCLC”), a community center providing legal services to lower income persons in Southern Utah. Heath enjoys regularly volunteering his time at SUCLC, especially at the “Talk to a Lawyer Nights”. Heath has also served as a Trustee on the Southern Utah Chapter of the J. Rueben Clark Law Society. The J. Rueben Clark Law Society is an international association focused on maintaining high moral and ethical standards within the legal profession.

As an avid golfer and sports enthusiast, Heath loves the warm climate and green golf courses of Southern Utah and Southern Nevada. Heath is a diehard Kansas Jayhawk Basketball fan and makes yearly pilgrimages back to Lawrence Kansas to watch his team play in the Allen Field House. Notwithstanding the above, Heath considers his greatest interest to be his family. Heath and his wife, Sandi, have been married for 16 years and are the proud parents of three boys and two daughters. Heath’s last two children were adopted from Taiwan and China respectively and he and his wife have enjoyed traveling in those countries and learning more of those countries culture and history.
